We offer free standard delivery to all UK [mainland addresses on all orders over £20 (inclusive of VAT). Other orders will be subject to delivery charges as detailed in Section 5 below.

  • Next Day Delivery - Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm

If the address for delivery of your order is not a UK mainland address, then you will be able to select from the following delivery methods:

(5) Delivery charges

Delivery charges will be calculated and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. All amounts are stated in GBP

The applicable charges will depend upon:

  1. the delivery method you select;
  2. the location of the delivery address;
  3. the size and weight of your order.

The cost of delivery is clearly displayed at the checkout for your approval prior to confirming your order.

(6) Delivery problems

If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us by email to sales@apmfashion.co.uk or through our website .

If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the time specified on the card left at your address, then we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products, providing that we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery even where the initial delivery was free-of-charge.

An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:

  1. you provided the wrong address for delivery;
  2. there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
  3. the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;
  4. the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;
  5. where in person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery;
  6. where in person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.

Returns & Replacements

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel a distance contract to purchase a product or products from us at any time within 7 working days after the day you received the relevant products or products.
In order to cancel a contract in this way, you must give to us written notice of cancellation.

ApmFashion.co.uk will happily exchange the goods or refund you the cost, if you return your product(s) to us UNOPENED and re-salable, within their original condition within 30 days of receipt, free of charge except for postage stamp costs.

We provide size charts for all of our products to help you determine your size before adding to your basket. To avoid disappointment and misguidance on product sizing, we recommend that you thoroughly analyse our size guides accurately, and if in doubt of your measurements, measure your self again before purchase and ensure that your size accurately reflects the guidelines set out by our brands.

Up until we receive the returned good(s) they are your responsibility.

Returning an Item

To return your good(s) to AmpFashion.co.uk please package the goods in the order that they were received, clearly stating the reason why the product is unsatisfactory. Please refer to the email that was sent to you during your original purchase, this email will contain your ‘Order Reference’ number, your billing address and billing name which we will require. Please also state whether you would like a ‘Refund’ or ‘Exchange’, providing the clear reason why for either.

When you are returning your items please take time to ensure that your return has the correct value postage stamp for the weight of the goods.

Once we have received your returned item(s) in their original state, and once the good(s) have been analyzed and we have decided that we are happy with their condition, we will process your return and issue a refund within 1 day for the cost of the item(s) or send another item(s) as applicable. If you have requested an exchange, rather than a full refund, e.g. the same product in a different size, please appreciate that your new size may be currently out of stock at that moment in time, we shall advise you of this.

Improper returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product:

  1. we will not refund or exchange the product;
  2. we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product;
  3. if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.

Faulty / Incorrect Item

In the very unlikely event that you have received a faulty item or received an incorrect item we will obviously do our upmost to rectify this mistake for you as quickly as possible and we do apologies for any inconvenience caused. If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty please Contact Us immediately with your order reference number and product name, colour and size and let us know what the actual damage or fault is with the item so we can investigate further, and correct the error. If the damage is through no fault of your own we will ask you to return your item to our address, we will then arrange for a refund or duplicate to be sent back out to you as soon as we possibly can, and again, with the deepest regret we are extremely sorry for your inconvenience.

Refunds

We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we received your returned product.

 

Faulty / Incorrect Item

In the very unlikely event that you have received a faulty item or received an incorrect item we will obviously do our upmost to rectify this mistake for you as quickly as possible and we do apologies for any inconvenience caused. If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty please Contact Us immediately with your order reference number and product name, colour and size and let us know what the actual damage or fault is with the item so we can investigate further, and correct the error. If the damage is through no fault of your own we will ask you to return your item to our freepost address (available and given upon a valid request), we will then arrange for a refund or duplicate to be sent back out to you as soon as we possibly can, and again, with the deepest regret we are extremely sorry for your inconvenience.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Pices for products are quoted on our website. The website contains a large number of products and it is always possible that some of the prices on the website may be incorrect. We will verify prices as part of our sale procedures so that a product's correct price will be stated [when you pay for the product].
In addition to the price of the products, you may have to pay a delivery charge, which will be clearly displayed at the checkout.
Payment must be made upon the submission of your order. We may withhold the products and/or cancel the contract between us if the price is not received from you in full in cleared funds.

The prices on the website include all value added taxes.

Payment for all products must be made by PayPal or Debit/Credit Card.

Prices for products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect contracts which have come into force.

If you dispute any payment made to us you must contact us immediately and provide full details of your claim.

If you submit an unjustified credit card, debit card or other charge-back then you will be liable to pay us, within 7 days following the date of the charge-back:

  1. an amount equal to the amount of the charge-back;
  2. all third party expenses incurred by us in relation to the charge-back (include charges made by our or your bank or payment processor or card issuer);
  3. an administration fee of GBP 50;
  4. all our reasonable costs, losses and expenses incurred in recovering the amounts referred to in this paragraph (including without limitation legal fees and debt collection fees).

Without prejudice to our other rights, if you submit an unjustified credit card, debit card or other charge-back, then we may terminate any contracts between you and us under these terms of sale by giving you written notice of termination.

For the avoidance of doubt, if you fail to recognise or fail to remember the source of an entry on your card statement or other financial statement, and make a charge-back as a result, this will constitute an unjustified charge-back.
